What we collect

We collect information you provide during checkout: name, delivery address, email address, phone number, payment transaction ID and order history. If you email us about a return or support issue, we keep that correspondence. The website may use cookies needed for the site to work and, where you consent, for basic analytics.

Why we use it

We use the data to prepare and deliver orders, process returns and refunds, answer questions, keep tax and accounting records, and prevent fraud. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Who we share it with

Payment processors, courier companies, hosting/email providers and, where legally required, professional advisers. When you pay with PayPal, PayPal’s privacy policy also applies to the payment data you provide to them.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for the period required by Italian tax and accounting law. Emails related to support or returns are kept only as long as needed for the case.
