Termini e condizioni del servizio

  1. These terms apply to all orders placed on wayliva.com. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

  2. We accept the order when you receive our confirmation email. If stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or a pricing error occurred, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

  3. Prices are in euro, include VAT, and can change before you place an order. The price charged is the price displayed when the order was placed.

  4. Delivery is available in Italy. Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control, but we will assist with tracking.

  5. Order cancellation and returns are handled according to the Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds policies above, which form part of these terms.

  6. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under Italian or EU consumer law.

  7. Italian law governs these terms. The courts of Pordenone have jurisdiction unless consumer protection rules state otherwise.
