Orders are packed at our warehouse in Pordenone and shipped Monday to Friday. We currently deliver to addresses in Italy.

Processing time

• Orders placed on a working day are usually prepared within 1–2 working days.

• Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or an Italian public holiday start processing on the next working day.

Carriers and delivery times

• We ship with major Italian couriers such as GLS Italy or BRT Corriere Espresso. The courier may vary depending on the delivery address and package size.

• Delivery after dispatch normally takes 3–5 working days in Italy.

• Shipping is free on all orders.

You will receive a tracking link by email once the label has been created. If the tracking has not updated for more than 2 working days, contact us at inof@wayliva.com.

Order cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If the parcel has already been handed to the courier, you can still refuse delivery or start a return once it arrives. In that case, the return rules below apply.
